Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy
Defective items will be replaced promptly. If you have received a defective item, please submit a ticket at our Help Desk and we will re-ship the items promptly.
Monthly payments are processed every 30 days after the original transaction. Only a shipping charge applies to the first order. Thereafter, the monthly fee as advertised at the time of your first payment will be charged to your credit card on a 30 day recurring payment schedule; this monthly cost includes shipping/handling.
You are never under any obligation to continue receiving the monthly newsletter and DVD, and you may cancel at any time through the next billing date by submitting a cancellation ticket through our Help Desk. Refunds will not be granted after the billing date. Please keep a record of all helpdesk interactions you make during the stay of your membership. This will protect you and protect us.
Delivery/Shipping
The starter kit and trial issue/cd/dvd will be delivered via USPS within 1-2 business days of the initial transaction. New issues will be mailed on the 10th of each month and delivered via USPS first class mail. Allow 1-2 weeks for Canadian and US orders and allow 4-8 weeks for International orders to arrive.
